Cancellation conditions

Cancellation:

• In the unlikely event that you are unable to fulfill the rental agreement entered into, you must report this to us as soon as possible, so that we can offer the released date again.

• In case of cancellation within 14 days before the commencement date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

• In case of cancellation on the day itself, the full amount will be charged. Refund is not possible in this case.
