House rules

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and studio of Cottage Jacob. If desired, an ashtray is available outside in the garden, take care of nature and do not leave (half) cigarettes in nature.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Creating open fire is strictly prohibited.

• Rest time is between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, take this into account

neighbors and neighbours.

• Playing amplified music is not allowed outside. And

inside to 10:00 p.m. appropriate loudness.

• Cottage Jacob is accessible 24/7 through its own entrance.

• Drug use is not allowed.

• The use of real candles is not allowed.

• It is expected that every tenant handles with care

the nature and interior of Cottage Jacob. In case of damage

the tenant will be held liable.

• You agree when entering into our rental agreement

with our Terms and Conditions.
